Order Processing Time
- We ship daily from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Our products are ready stock items and pre-order items (with 5 working day periods). The status of all items whether its pre-order or ready stock will be stated in the description box.
- Deliveries will be made one day after payment confirmation.
- All orders received after 15:00, will be scheduled for next day shipment.
- Tracking code will be sent to you via email once the item is shipped.
- If your package doesn’t arrive within 7 business days from shipment, Kindly contact our team for further assistance.
- Do not forget to check your items upon receiving and do not hesitate to contact us if our product does not meet your satisfaction.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Maison MAC is not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after the courier has delivered the packages to the designated address.
Customers are responsible if the courier can’t deliver the goods on time due to an incomplete address, no recipient at the address or the recipient rejects the goods.
If there are any shipping errors coming from Maison MAC, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.
We also are not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible for all fees charged by the shipping company – both for sending and returning the product to us.
